Nasal congestion

● Boil eucalyptus leaves in a container; breathing in its vapor will help you
decongest your nose and respiratory tract.
● Infusion of bay leaf, sage and cinnamon. Add the three herbs to the water and
heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Its smell will be so strong that it will help you unclog
your nose.
● Honey and vinegar Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 2
tablespoons of honey to a glass of water. Let it sit for 3 minutes and drink it
immediately.
● Water steam. Heat water in a bowl until it starts to evaporate. Bring your head
closer to breathe in the steam and cover it with a towel.
Migraine
● Banana peel. Put some rubbing alcohol on the peel and let it sit on your
forehead for 30 minutes. The peel is said to absorb accumulated toxins and
reduce headaches naturally.
● Caffeine. A cup of strong coffee (without sugar) will relieve your migraine
thanks to its powerful vasodilator effect.
Constipation
● Oatmeal. To take them, you can mix the flakes (better that they are organic
and fine) with water and lemon.
● Mallow. The mallow infusion taken daily before breakfast will help you speed
up the process of evacuating the intestines.

Stomach pain, indigestion, or heartburn


● Chamomile tea Chamomile will help you relax your stomach by easing the
pain.
● Chicken soup. This broth will help you calm an upset stomach, as long as you
do it without fat and adding a little lemon juice.
● Warm water compress. Apply the compress to the painful area for 15 minutes.

Cough, cold and flu


● Orange juice. Just by drinking this juice for breakfast every day, you can keep
your defenses high and reduce the risk of getting the flu or cold.
● Eucalyptus. An infusion of eucalyptus will help you calm your cough, as it has
antiseptic and balsamic properties and helps with bronchial problems.
● Warm soup plate. Take one a day while the flu lasts. It will help you to relieve
symptoms thanks to the fact that it provides antiseptic and anti-inflammatory
properties for the throat.
Hair loss

● Onion, garlic or lemon. Extract the juice from these foods and apply it to the
scalp. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then clean well to remove the odor.
● Beet. Boil a few pieces of beet for 10 minutes. Let it cool and apply the liquid
to the scalp, massaging 2 to 3 times a week.
● Aloe vera. Extract the pulp from an aloe leaf and dissolve it in a bowl of water.
Apply the liquid on your hair by massaging and leave for 10 minutes. To
finish, rinse with warm water.

Acné

● Water of roses. Put 10 rose petals in a bottle with half a liter of water. Let it
rest for 36 hours in the refrigerator. Add a little alcohol to the mixture and
apply it once a day, after bathing or before going to sleep. Keep the
preparation in the refrigerator.
● Orange peel, oatmeal and yogurt. Let the peel of an orange rest in water for
24 hours in the refrigerator. Cut it into chunks and return it to the water, then
add 3 teaspoons of oatmeal and 2 teaspoons of concentrated plain yogurt.
Apply the paste to clean face for 5 minutes.
