AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

I, SHIRLEY P. NINGASCA, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen,

and a resident of Manga District, Tagbilaran City Bohol Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and
states:

1. That I was working as a household helper abroad specifically at Fujairah

Dubai UAE for a two year contract which is until 2021;

2. That my employer was very violent and subjected me to a harsh actions

like throwing any objects that will come to his hand which caused bruises
and even scar in my hand;

3. That it is not just physical violence that I experienced during the stint of
my employment as my employer did not also pay me salary ever since that I
started working with his house for ten (10) months already;

4. That due to the harsh conditions and afraid of being killed, I decided to
run away and went to the Philippine Consulate in Dubai seeking refuge and
assistance;

5. That it was Philippine Consulate that helped me to go home and as I have

no more passport as it was misplaced while working there at Fujairah Dubai
UAE, I was issued with a travel document with No. 046432 by the PCG
Dubai which I used to go back here in the Philippines;

6. That I execute this Affidavit as my explanation on why I went home using

a travel document with No. 046432 instead of my Philippine passport and
for other legal purposes that this Affidavit may serve.
