Special Place & Livelihood Projects for Special Children & Home For Elderlies
Concept
Excellent and engaging facilities for livelihood, post education center for special
children, place where they can be taken care of after their parents had left them and
counselling center. Home for elderlies with substantial number of beds and rooms.
Goals
Provide an excellent facilityto address the needs of special children after school (20
years above) and be a blessing to other children suffering from episodes of violence or
erratic behavior as well as other special children or person with disabilities.
Have a community type facility or place where they will have a continuing challenge as
they grow old and provide a non- routine of activities. Show to the community that this
concept will work and special children can be productive and elderies will have a place to
live.
Raise next generation of leaders – siblings of special children- to sustain the project and
the vision.
Vision: By year 2025 duplicate the concept to other nearby municipalities in Bulacan
and establish similar facility on small scale level to other nearby municipality and repeat
the same story and testimony to others.
1
Vision and concept written by Atty. Ding Reyes in early 2017 with the help of his family after a series and months of family
prayer meetings to seek their direction on the condition of his special child Andrei with autism and by God’s grace we declare
that he will exhibit improvement each day. We sought God’s way not our way and this by faith can be the leading of God to him
and to us as our lifetime ministry.

Core Values of the Center
Declaration of Faith
We do not have resources and means – land and funding- when this concept was written
in 2018 but we are relying on the promise that if this is from the Lord or it is His will, our
calling, and the direction given to us, we will see His provision and all that we have to do
is believe and act on that faith: “The blessing of the LORD makes a person rich, and he
adds no sorrow with it.” (Proverbs 10:22) …God can create new things out of nothing
(Romans 4:17). “Is there anything too hard for the LORD”. Genesis 10:14
