1 The hospital shall dispose the sewage Complied

disposal.
3 The hospital shall adhere to AAQ/ANL Complied
standards prescribed by the Board.
4 The hospital shall comply with all the Complied
rules & regulations prescribed under the
Bio Medical Waste(Management and
Handling) Rules 2018 as amended.
5 Only segregated Bio-Medical Waste Complied
from the Health Care facility shall be
handed over to the CommonBio-
Medical Waste facility without
accumulating or storing of Bio Medical
Waste.
6 The Hospital shall adopt Sharp Blaster Complied
(Needle Blaster) technology for
treatment of Waste Sharpsincluding
metals as listed under Schedule-1 of the
Bio Medical Waste Rules

12 In case of revision of consent fee by the We assure to comply

and further action will be initiated
against the unit as per law.
