Purpose of the Workshops:

1. Provide information on key points of children’s developmental issues.

2. Provide information on key points of parenting style that may impact the
children’s development.
3. Encourage all participants to be positive parents by giving encouragement,
support and most importantly examples.

Time: 2,5 hours (including Q&A)

Participants: Parents from Elementary /High Schools, maksimal 80 participants per

session.

I. Understanding your Children: Children’s Developmental Key Points

1. Who are our children?
2. Why they are different one to another?
3. What are the characteristics of children development: physical,
cognitive, social and emotional developmental.
4. Understanding your children’s uniqueness: multiple intelligences and
learning style.

II. Understanding your role as parents

1. Who are you: personality types and parenting styles.
2. How do you influence your children to be positive children
3. Reflection on short movie: Children See, Children Do.
