Dear Interviewee,

This interview research cum biography assignment is a requirement of the MSc. in Learning
Sciences course entitled KML6033 Social and Cultural Dimensions in Learning and Instruction.
The interview questions will reflect the essence and contents of the course.

Your participation is voluntary. You are free to withdraw and discontinue your participation at
any time. If you feel uncomfortable in any way during the interview session, you have the right
to decline to answer any question or to end the interview.

Should you decide to participate in the interview, here is what we will be doing:
 We will audiotape the interview session.
 We will submit the write-up of the interview and our analysis of the data to our course
instructors at the end of the semester.
 We hope to inspire others with the story of your life; under the advisement of the course
instructor regarding the quality of our written work, the polished version of our biography
assignment may be compiled into a book.
