negative impact globally.
3. Public Support- If the people of USA have elected Donald Trump, it is only natural to
deduce that they agree with all the policies and decisions of his administration. The
decision to withdraw from TPP is thereby supported by Popular opinion.

1. Approach the International Court of Justice for a settlement between US and the other
TPP Signatories.
2. TPP should continue with remaining countries and should expand and approach other
economically strong country.
3. TPP parties should increase their influence in Asia Pacific region. US main interest to enter TPP
was the Asia-Pacific regions. TPP should establish strong hold and does not allow US to enter.
4. Should allow the US to accept TPP for trail or temporary basis for one or two years to experience
the benefits and clear their doubts on TPP.

Trade. It is important to protect the parties from suffering any losses. As it led to impact

1. Modification or withdrawal from TPP- Modify the TPP to accommodate the needs and
interests of the US, failing to do which will adversely affect the economy, widen the
income gap between the rich and poor, create a unsuitable climate in the Job sector and
resultantly force the US to withdraw from the TPP altogether.
