At the present, adolescents have a growing tendency to stick their eyes on their phones around the

clock, this phenomenon without doubt has some really bad influence on them. This essay aims to give

The most noticable drawback to be considered is when young people spend too much time on the
phones, they have less time doing other things. Reduced time invested in other activities results in
degredation in many aspects of life, for instance, poorer health due to lack of sports doing, worse
relationships with others from dearth of real communicating. People are granted with the ability to
perceive each other’s feelings through the movement from their faces, online communicating only gives
users a mask to cover how they truly feel.

One of the ways to cope with this problem comes from its very root: too much time on the phone,
resulting from how fascinating young people think the phone is. As a matter of fact, people have twenty
four hours a day, no more and no less, the crucial role is played by how efficiently we use them. The
essence of this is the way youngsters balance their time, foremost is just turn off their phones, then find
a sport to play, take up a hobby, try to make direct contact with everyone... discover something more
fascinating will contribute to their escalating disfavour with their phones, and they no longer feel the
urge to touch them ever again.

In a word, the increasing use of mobile phones are causing problems to adolescents. There are
numerous ways of tackling them, but all leads to the last stop: time management. Spending time
properly and there will be even fewer cons than pros.
