its expansion. JFC should acquire these spaces to open new stores after the pandemic or space
for franchises. They may also focus on expanding in EU countries. Collapsing restaurants and
coffee brands affected by pandemic is an opportunity for JFC to acquire more reputable brands.
Much better if they also acquire European-based brands.

and even improve their reputation. It does not only win the heart of consumers and employees,
but also to investors and future business partners. Also, companies doing Corporate Social

As JFC is customer-based and ever improving in many aspects of their business, JFC must
also introduce healthier products in their menu line-up or improved their current products into
healthier ones as a response to the growing health awareness of individuals.
To continue to reach their growing demands for raw products as their business expands,
JFC through their economy support program – Farmer Entrepreneurship Program must
encourage the beneficiaries to grow more organic products aside from vegetables and rice, may
include chickens and coffee beans.
Lastly, JFC with their company leaders declared themselves as adaptive to crisis, must remain
optimistic and stay adaptive to survive the current pandemic.
