What you need?

- Two PayPal accounts (Verified)
- eBay Account
It has nothing to do with:

* Carding

* Fraud

* Telling the seller the Item was Damaged,

and sending back packing peanuts.

* Hacking, or any Black Hat method.

Description:
1. You can log into one PayPal account without using a
proxy (it’s your legal account)

2. Now send Money to Your other account. (When you log

into that account you must use proxy)

3. Now you ready to Order Your Item. Log into eBay and
pay for your item. (Don’t worry pay for it...Best part is
below lines)

4. After the payment to the seller clears, he will ship your

item.

5. When the item comes in, remove bank account info from
your secondary PayPal

6. Let the time pass.

7. After 2 weeks (enough time to get the item) Log into

your primary account open a case against your
secondary account (which account you use to pay for
eBay). When you open a case you must mention that
you didn’t receive your item from PP#2 (fake item
whatever you want)

(Remember you are not opening a case against original eBay

seller. You are opening a case against your other PayPal
account)
How to open a case against your
secondary
PayPal?
At the beginning I told you, you can log into one PayPal
account without using proxy. So that account is the legal one
other one we use to trick eBay seller.

1. Log into that account and Open a case to against your

other “secondary” PayPal that mentioning you didn’t
receive your item.
2. After. PayPal will send you three emails. (That will come
to your other PayPal email.) You can see your
secondary account get limited and your Primary PayPal
gets charged your paid amount

Now you have the item you paid for PLUS your money
back! + Positive Feedback on your PayPal account, and
nothing anything can be done. You will not be banned
from PayPal, and if you have two bank accounts, or a
friend that you are doing this with, you can easily fund the
money BACK into the limited PayPal and make it not
limited anymore, and you can do this again.

This will work with eBay in any Country.
