-José Tola Pasquel was a Peruvian civil engineer and mathematician, he assumed various

technical positions in the Ministry of Development and Public Works where he was

General Superintendent of the Lima Drinking Water Service.(1)

-His professional dedication allowed him to provide engineering services in structural

calculations, experience reflected in his preference for this specialty, in which he was the

introducer of new algebraic abstractions.(1)

-Jose Tola Pasquel is an author recognized in Peru for his numerous scientific works on

topics of Topology, Algebra, Analysis and Theory of Structures.(1)
