Analysis showed that individuals
experienced the effects of noise in
varying degrees but there is a general
tendency to foreground their view that
they have “gotten used” to aircraft
noise. It was also found that the
communities have developed adaptive
strategies to deal with noise. The
review of literature provides the current
issues, standards and current noise
abatement procedures implemented by
other countries.
The research showed results that fast
riding remains to be the top human
factor that caused the recorded road
crashes. Inattentiveness and too close
riding remains to be in the top human
factors that caused road crash. It can be
concluded that authorities in the
Philippines should immediately act and
initiate programs for the management
of motorcycle as a viable transport
mode.

daily activities of residents living in the
vicinity of airports. This particular type
of annoyance undermines quality of life
and can be a cause of stress. Evidence
is emerging that appears to associate
some forms of health risk with this
stress contributing to develop a better
understanding of the impacts of aircraft
noise on community health and well-
being.

when they saw that it is applicable in
the society and it is relevant they started
to make a move and make it possible.
Moreover, the government granted him
money, make his inventions and
discoveries in public and give the honor
that he deserves. After that, they
applied his researches and discoveries
in the daily life of people.
He will be honored forever even when
he die, they published his name and
researches in the different textbooks for
the respect and honor that he
contributed in the country. Ricardo G.
Sigua will forever be remembered in
the matter of Civil Engineer and
Transportation Engineer.
Ricardo Sigua’s research served the
public good because it contributed to
raise awareness about the occurence of
road crashes in the Philippines which is
very relevant because issues like this
were being disregarded in our society
due to the several and various matters
that our country is facing. It also
emphasized the importance of

transport mode and pointed that the
government should take action mostly
because every year,

increases as the registration of licensed
drivers also increases. Lastly, it was
