Pantheon a One Page RPG

In Pantheon, a group of Gods are tasked with facing a crisis on the mortal plane. The Arbiter gives the
gods the information they need, and relying the results of their actions to them. Each God will begin by
secretly rolling their motivation:
1) Peace or Harmony
2) War or Strife
3) Glory or Infamy
4) Scheme or Plot

This motivation is kept from all the other players, including the Arbiter.
After rolling for your motivation, each God will declare their domain. Disputes between domains may
be settled between the Gods in question or brought to the Arbiter who may suggest alternatives.
The Arbiter will now bring the crisis to the God's attention. Some examples are below:
1) Great Nations at War
2) Lands Plagued by Disasters
3) Titans sink an island
4) Upstart Mortals Challenge your divinity
5) THE END OF DAYS

Gods begin play at zero Chaos and Order. As they take actions these values will increase. If one of
these values ever reaches 10, the following occurs:

Chaos: Your God reverts to a Primordial Titan causing a Calamity that the remaining Gods must
immediately deal with. The triggering player describes the nature of the Calamity.

Order: Your God Transcends into a Universal Concept. The triggering player may make a single
declaration that the remaining gods must honor.

Each Round beings with the Arbiter describing the current state of the world, resolving any actions, and
describing the consequences. Then each God may ask a question to the Arbiter. Finally, each god will
choose one of the following actions:
1) Influence the Mortal Realm: tell the Arbiter what you wish to accomplish, and how. Roll 2d4
and tell the Arbiter the Result.
2) Intervene with a God's plan: After another God decides to Influence the Mortal Realm, you may
wish to intervene in the plan. You may either assist or hinder the God's efforts. Explain your
actions to the Arbiter and Roll 1d4, and add or subtract from the Influencing God's roll. Then
add the result of your 1d4 to Order or Chaos, as the Arbiter dictates.
3) Seek Internal Balance: You may seek to reduce your current Order or Chaos values. Roll each
d4, declaring before the roll which value you are seeking to reduce. If the result is less then or
equal to the value declared, you may reduce your value by the result. If either result is greater
than the value being reduced, neither value may be reduced.

Notes:
Chaos and Order gains should range between 1 and 4, and for very extreme situations 5. Gods
generally succeed on their influence rolls on a result of 5 or greater, with results of 8 or greater being
more inline with what a god desires. Gods directly intervening in Mortal Affairs almost always results
in chaos. Empowering mortals is less risky, but also less effective. It is easier for a god to influence
matters that result directly to their Domain.
