Proctor & Gamble gives back to the Cincinnati

Community through beautification efforts

Procter and Gamble partners with Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and Cincinnati K-12 Public
Schools to get young people involved in trash pickup and beautification projects within the
local community.

September 18, 2020 – Cincinnati, OH – Procter and Gamble is thrilled to announce its
partnership with Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and Cincinnati’s K-12 Public Schools. Due to CEO
David Taylor’s appreciation for a quality education and equally strong aversion to littering,
Procter & Gamble has decided to donate $20,000 to fund multiple beautification projects within
the greater Cincinnati area. Emphasizing the importance of giving back to the community from a
young age, David Taylor decided to put the money towards funding projects among Cincinnati
K-12 Public Schools. Students and schools from all across the city will be brought together with
one common goal, making Cincinnati a better place.

Each school will have the opportunity to come up with a unique project focused on bettering the
community. The schools that submit the best community beautification projects will receive cash
prizes of $2,500 for first place, $1,000 for second, and $500 for third, to thank them for their
hard work and dedication to the community. For more details on how to be involved and where
schools can go to submit their projects, please visit Procter & Gamble’s website. Schools must
enter by October 10, 2020 in order to be considered for the cash prize.
