Classroom Rules
1. No cellphones or headphones in class unless permission is explicitly given.
2. Quiet and non-smelly food and drinks are allowed. If it becomes a distraction, you will be
asked to put it away.
3. Plagiarism of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in a zero grade for that
assignment.
4. Be respectful of yourself, your classmates, and your teachers.
5. Follow classroom procedures.

Consequences
1. Warning – the teacher will let the student know that they are giving them a warning and
will write their name on the board to make note of the warning.
2. Conference with student – the student will meet with the teacher during lunch and come
up with a plan to ensure the issue does not occur again.
3. Parent contact – the teacher will reach out to the student’s parents and involve them in
solving the issue at hand.
4. Referral to administration – the administration will get involved in solving the issue at
hand.
