Multi-Axis Turning
Your highly complex components can
be produced in a single operation on
our multi-axis turning machines. We
have a range of equipment, all with
full milling capability.

Traditionally, complex components are

produced on a combination of several
machines. We can do it on just one
machine, reducing set-up time and
ensuring greater accuracy.

Automatic material load and unload

facilities enable us to produce your
components in large quantities.

Wire EDM and Die Sink

When you need the most delicate and
complex components, which can’t be
produced with standard techniques, talk
to us.

We use some of the most advanced

cutting technology available. The
EDM process uses extremely fine
wire to produce sharp internal
corners, down to a radius of 0.1mm.

Multiple components can be made

simultaneously, reducing lead times.

John Kenny & JK Engineering

John Kenny started his working life as
an apprentice CNC machinist within
the Aerospace and F1 industries. In
2001, whilst working for Red Bull F1,
John made the decision to leave and
start his own company. JK Engineering
