Learning Objectives By the end of this project, students will be able to:

i. Read a variety of suitable print and digital texts to investigate


and analyse the topic given (Covid-19).

ii. Explain causes and consequences of Covid-19 in Malaysia.

iii. Express their opinions and feelings, share tips on how to


avoid Covid-19 also appreciation toward the front liners.

iv. Communicate information and opinions using suitable


medium to create awareness campaign among the Society
on Covid-19.

Instructional Procedures

Planning Phase Over a discussion via WhatsApp class group chat:

1. Share the PBL topic and the task to the students.

2. Discuss the Covid-19 issues with the students and let them
read and understand the Curriculum questions.

3. Let the students to list out and share a mind map of their
answers in the WhatsApp group chat.

4. Explain and ask the students to collect information about


Covid-19.

5. Explain to the students that they can start planning their


video.
Implementation Phase 1. Students start to find and gather information from various
sources.

2. Students go through and analyse the information related to


Covid-19.

3. Students draft the design of their infographic and show to the


teacher.

4. Students plan their report and decide methods on presenting


their PBL. (Multimedia presentation such as Video or Power
Point).

Assessment Phase 1. Teacher checks on the students’ progress and asks if they got
problems/difficulty with their project via WhatsApp group
chat or

2. Teacher gives feedback on the students’ draft.

3. Teacher provides checklists/rubrics/guidelines for students’


reference.

4. Teacher shares the evaluation instruments which help the


students to assess on their own progress.

5. Teacher gives feedback on the students’ own evaluation
