It is to state that due to some personnel problems, I am unable to continue here in your organization.

Sir, I feel that although you had given me an excellent opportunity to learn here and show
performance, but I failed to do that, due to my own in-competency or maybe I am not suitable for
this post.

On the other hand I am extremely thankful to you that you trusted me, provided me a platform to
