Molim vas da svako ko je zadužen za određeni projekat kontroliše mejlove za svoj projekat na dnevnoj bazi. 
Kako mejlove koji stižu, tako i mejlove koji se šalju.  
 
Ona osoba čiji je projekat je glavna odgovorna za svu komunikaciju koja se vrši. Ukoliko neko ne pošalje mejl na vreme ili 
ne proveri da li je mejl poslat to je odgovornost osobe čiji je projekat. 
Posao nije završen kada se obavesti Nikola/Stanko/Andjelka/Ana da je potrebno poslati mejl, već kada se taj mejl fizički 
pošalje dalje.  
 
O ovome je bilo reči u prethodnim mejlovima kao i na sastancima.  
 
Molim vas da ovo shatite ozbiljno.

Novi Template‐i za izradu dokumentacije nalaze se na serveru, u folderu: 
 10 ‐ DRAWING TEMPLATES 
Na adresi 
O:\Belgrade Argo Navis Dropbox\Belgrade Ocean Pro 
 
Prilikom zapocinjanja crteza iskopirajte template fajl u WORKING folder projekta na kom radite. Ne zapocinjati u 
originalnom folderu niti koristiti CUT/MOVE opcije. 
 
Ako primetite da nesto treba da se izmeni molim vas da odmah javite. Svaka sugestija da se unapredi procedura je 
dobrodosla. 
Za sva objasnjenja i primedbe stojimo na raspolaganju.

Dragi svi,  
 
Trebali bismo da poradimo na praćenju i organizaciji projekata, shodno tome, skrećem vam pažnju na vrlo bitne stavke 
koje smo već više puta spominjali.  
Molim vas da prema dogovoru svako redovno proverava mejlove vezane za projekat za koji je zadužen.  
Obavezno je da Outlook bude uvek otvoren i da prate mejlovi kako na projectd@oceanpro.eu tako i na svom ličnom 
mejlu.  
Takođe, s obzirom da smo napravili Skype grupe za tekuće projekte, molim vas da vam i Skype bude uvek aktivan i 
otvoren.  
 
Za sledeći nedeljni sastanak, koji imamo svakog ponedeljka u 10h, molim vas da pripremite odštampane popunjene 
Checkliste za svoj projekat.  
 
Na serveru je napravljen folder u kome će se nalaziti Interoffice memo, kako bismo sve imali na jednom mestu:
