BACKGROUND
SPE ITB Student Chapter is a non-profit organization which was legalized by
SPE International on 1992. This organization vision is “Establish SPE ITB
SC as an internationally recognized organization formed by fully
dedicated team to disseminate comprehensive knowledge in solving the
oil and gas industry’s challenges by coalescing multidisciplinary
expertise through innovation”. To reach that vision, SPE ITB SC conducts
a lot of activities that will enrich SPE member knowledge and experience. In
addition, SPE ITB SC also builds and strengthens relationship between
university with oil and gas companies.

In order to reach our vision, SPE ITB SC will conduct company visit that will
be beneficial for SPE members and related company as well. Through this
proposal, we would like to invite CNOOC as one of the world’s largest Oil
and Gas Company to be our sponsor of our activities.

PURPOSE
Develop CNOOC brand awareness to all ITB students as well as to society
that will be reached by SPE ITB (West Java Society)

Strengthen a good relationship between ITB and CNOOC

Enriching ITB student knowledge and experience

Knowing innovations and latest technology in petroleum industry

COMPANY VISIT
CNOOC is one of the world’s largest oil and gas company attracts us to know more about every aspect of oil
and gas company, therefore SPE ITB SC has a plan to do a Company Visit to CNOOC.

The event will be held on:

Date : Wednesday, September 20th, 2017
Place : CNOOC Offshore Field, Jakarta, Indonesia

Rundown of the event that we propose is as below:

04.30 – 07.30 Heading to CNOOC office

07.30 – 08.00 Opening speech by HR

08.00 – 10.30 Heading to offshore field

10.30 – 11.00 Safety Induction

11.00 – 12.00 Session 1 (daily activities in offshore rig)

12.00 – 12.45 Break and Lunch Time

12.45 – 15.00 Session 2 (ex: Offshore equipment and rig components)

15.00 – 15.30 Photo session and giving memento

15.30 – 18.00 Heading to Jakarta from field

18.00 Heading back to Bandung
