With increase productivity of your staff it can also increase the profit level of the company.
Along with the increase productivity, staff should also know how to upsell (to pursue a customer to buy
more than he/she had intended). It will be a waste of output/product (aside from time and effort spent
by employees to produce more), since the tendency without up-selling, stocks will be at pile the
warehouse, resulting to higher inventory left. This does not only affect the profit level but also the
effectiveness of selling the product.

Develop new product lines.

In order to cope with the competition a business should be innovative and creative. With
developing new product lines it is not just being innovative but it can also attract customers. People are
not contented. We tend to seek for more rather than settling for less, thus a product and services should
always develop something new (it can be its feature, usage, etc) that does not exist in the market. Aside
that the product offered cater needs or answers the problem, with new product line it is said to be or
expected to be that the product has something new to offer in the market. Thus as part of the consumer
group, we will have the impulse to buy or avail the product/services. Consequently having impulse
buyers can create an increase in profit.

Aside from customer-retention that the company was able to keep customer and be loyal to
them, companies also seeks new customer. With new and additional customer it can increase the profit
level. Moreover a challenge exists on how to retain new employees.

Customer service

Retaining customers and be part of the company operation is somehow relater to customer
services. With good or excellent service/product, as part of the consumer group, we will tend to feel
that the company/employee is not just solely directed at generating profit but also sees the value of
each customer. Thus handling them well and of most care, ensuring that that are satisfied with the
product offered.
Decrease cost/expense

As much as possible companies tend to cut cost to earn more profit. Cutting cost does not mean
buying raw materials that are off standard or the having low quality, but rather being cost effective such
as buying quality materials at the same time affordable.
