AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS

The HEIRS OF ARISTEDES J. REYES, represented by ROLIO REYES,

Filipino citizen, of legal age, and resident of Barangay 6, Carcar, Cebu, Philippines,
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am one of the legitimate surviving children of the late HEIRS OF

ARISTEDES J. REYES;

2. That the said ARISTEDES J. REYES is the registered owner of a certain

parcel of land containing 8,000 square meters, located in Carcar, Cebu City,
covered by Original Certificate of Title No. P-1308;

3. That sometime in the 1980s, the duplicate original copy of the said Original
Certificate of Title No. P-1308 was misplaced and eventually got lost;

4. That despite diligent search and efforts to locate the said duplicate original
copy of the said title, I could not find the same such that I now believe that it is
now lost beyond recovery;

5. As such, I am executing this Affidavit of Loss to attest to the truth of the

foregoing.
