Notes:
- Fit the front and rear wheels tightening the bolts to the correct torque (see Operator’s Manual and Assembly Instructions).
- Check the tires pressure.
- Always check the setting of rear wheels toe-in after changing the rear axle width (see Assembly Instructions).
- Fill with minimum 40 liters of DEF liquid and minimum 30 liters of fuel the relevant tank for a correct functioning of the engine and
the SCR system.

The following items, must be checked and, where necessary, rectified by the Dealer before delivery.
CHECK COMMENTS
GENERAL MACHINE - Group 00
1. Clean the combine and inspect all paintwork (sheet metal and other) and check that safety guards
and decals are in place
2. Verify that all documents provided are correct (Operator’s Manual, Service Record Book, Pre-delivery
Inspection, Spare Parts Catalogue).
3. Verify that combine in general conforms to the specifications in the document "Unloading and
Assembly instructions"
4. Cutting table in general conforms to the specifications in the document "Assembly instructions"
5. Ensure any safety / protection devices are free to operate correctly (slip clutches, shear bolts, torque
limiters, etc.)
6. Check tension of all chains and belts,
7. (*) Inspect table and threshing mechanism running at low speeds, then operate at full speed for 30
minutes
8. (*) Check operation of all other optional equipment
9. (*) With machine stopped, inspect for any damage, leaks or loose hardware
(*) The operation 7-8-9 have to be done after all below listed operations
ENGINE - Group 10
10. Check tightness of all engine air intake hose / pipe connections and filters
11. Check engine oil level
12. Check cooling system level and ensure all hoses / connections are tight
13. Check for any signs of leaks of fuel, DEF liquid, oil or coolant
14. Ensure the engine starts / stops and operates through min. to max. engine revs correctly
15. Ensure hoses, pipes or wiring are not fouling on the exhaust or any moving items
TRANSMISSION AND BRAKES - Group 21
16. Check gearbox for oil leaks and correct oil level
17. Check final drives for oil leaks and correct oil level
18. Check hydrostatic oil level in reservoir, look for signs of leaks on pump, motor, hoses and cooler
19. Ensure that gear selection and hydrostatic transmission work correctly
20. Check braking system for correct operation, including parking brake
21. Check brake pipes for any leakage signs and brake fluid reservoir level
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - Group 35

22. Check oil level in hydraulic reservoir(s)
23. Operate all hydraulic systems through their normal range, rectify all leaks.
WHEELS AND STEERING - Group 41
24. Check steering column adjusts, operate the steering to full end stroke in each direction, check for
smooth operation
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM - Group 55
25. Check battery electrolyte level and terminal tightness, ensure the isolator switch functions ok
26. Check tightness of all electrical harness connections and earth points
27. Check function of all work / inspection lights (grain tank, sieves, etc.)
CUTTING TABLE - Group 58
28. Check table and table trailer for any transport damage
29. Check that all belt and chain drives are tensioned correctly
30. Ensure that knife, auger and reel all operate correctly
31. On PowerFlow tables check that belts track correctly
32. Ensure that table attaches properly and all connections operate correctly
33. Check that the table is secured on the main crop elevator without any clearance. Adjust if required.
34. Assemble parts removed for transport; e.g. dividers, etc.
MAIN CROP ELEVATOR - Group 60
35. Check tension and operation of main crop elevator (chains and slats)
36. Check operation of finger feed roller (if fitted)
37. Check table reversing (at low engine speed)
CYLINDER, CONCAVE AND THRESHING AREA - Group 66
38. Ensure concave(s) are free to move and can be adjusted correctly
39. Inspect condition of drives to cylinder, rear beater and rotary separator
40. Ensure stone trap operates correctly
STRAW WALKERS - Group 72
41. Check condition of the drive
CHAFF SPREADER AND STRAW CHOPPER - Group 73
42. Check security and positioning of chaff spreader in / out of operation
43. Check drive mechanism and function of chaff spreader
44. Check engagement and function of straw chopper and straw deflectors
CLEANING UNIT - Group 74
45. Check that the sieves will operate through their full range of adjustments
46. Ensure that all sealing devices are in place and functional
ELEVATORS, AUGERS AND GRAIN TANK - Group 80
47. Check oil level in unloading auger angle gear
OPERATOR ENVIRONMENT - Group 90
48. Check correct operation of all controls, switches and warning lights / systems
49. Check any on-board computer systems and calibrate any monitoring functions
50. Inspect general condition of cab including seat, radio, wipers, glass, trim, mirrors, airconditioning,
heater / blower, door, locks, ladder, etc.
51. Check function of all driving and directional signal lights.
52. Check function of safety switch in operator seat
