A. Walls

Polystyrene Foam

The polystyrene composition is 98% air and 2% styrene granular, filled with gas. In the

manufacturing process, the material is dissolved in a polymer mass, and then heated with steam.

Due to this, polystyrene balls are born, which can increase in size up to 50 times.

o Length: 1.2 m
o Width: 0.6 m
o Cost: 1.5 – 2 JD

B. Roofs

Latex acrylic

Acrylic elastomer is a highly flexible waterproofing material. Its primary component is acrylic

acid alkylister (ethyl or butyl ester). Cost: (25 – 50) JD

C. Window

Double windows will be used to reduce thermal loss and also reduce acoustic noise, the

gap between the inner and outer glass ranges from (16-40) mm , The greater the gap between the

glass, the greater the thermal and acoustic insulation , The gap between the inner and outer glass

is emptied of air or a poor conductive gas A layer of super nano ceramic can be placed through

which to allow the passage of light, reduce the temperature inside and give you more comfort

and coolness as the thermal insulation works on isolation of infrared rays IR by up to 98% and

transparency of up to 70%.
D. Building foundations and Floor.

Hot Steel Bitumen

Bitumen or what is known as “asphalt” in Jordan, they are polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

The asphalt is completely dissolved into CS2 carbon disulfide. are widely used to isolate

building foundations (bases) from moisture coming from the ground from the ground water.

Cost: (40 – 80) JD for bucket.
