LUCIA PUTTRICH
Hessian Minister for Federal and European Affairs, and
representative of the Land Hessen at the federal level, Member of
the Bundesrat (Committee on the Affairs of the European Union)

Loan Truong was born in Tan Phuoc (Vietnam). Before studying law
in Passau and Tübingen she worked as intern for a German
institution in Vietnam. Loan gained during her legal education
profound work experience in Singaporean and Israeli law firms and
was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2017. The main focus of her
work is on IT law (especially data protection) and Intellectual
Property.
NGA LE
CEO and Co-Founder, EDUBAO GmbH, Germany
After finishing her studies, Nga joined Munich Re’s innovation team
and was soon promoted to operational underwriting for South East
Asia and Greater China. She also worked as a trainer at the
Controller Academy before leaving the corporate world in 2013.
The driven entrepreneur has since set up two successful insurances
in Life and Non-Life. Currently, she is the CEO and Co-Founder Of
EDUBAO, which is a tech start-up with a holistic approach to
serving the global education sector.
OUR MODERATOR
Dr. Anh-Duc Cordalis was born in Germany. His parents are both
Vietnamese. He grew up enjoying both cultures and mentalities.
Anh-Duc studied at the University of Frankfurt am Main (Dr. jur.)
and was admitted to the bar in Germany in 2005. During his legal
education he worked for Baker McKenzie in Frankfurt and in Hanoi/
Vietnam, for Dewey & Leboeuf in London/UK and for Milbank in
Frankfurt.
