Amongst all the respondents interviewed there, everyone was of their opinion of shopping

more than the shopping list

1. Majority o the respondents make their shopping list before going to the supermarket
2. When asked about following the list every respondent primary motive was to follow the list
but they had the perception in mind that they will go beyond the list
3. Respondents agreed to the fact that there is an impulsive buying at these outlets
4. Reason quoted for this was the beauty of these outlets as almost all the products are under
one roof respondents tend to roam around and look for new products
5. Another reason for going above the shopping list was attractive offers to certain products,
respondents also purchased items which were unique
6. Also, respondents were of a view that since they have travelled and took the time to go to
these outlets, they are mentally prepared to roam and take times of their interest which are
not in their list

or the list

 time hai yan hi , depends upon the urgency of the product , line at the payment counter
 also if the product is of normal cetogiry then wont spend time
 would not loke to spend time to aplce which is too much crowd and noisy would prefer to
buy in online rather

 Respondents were of view that the crowd gathered over a section creates a sense of
curiosity and excitement as a result they go for out of the list shopping

interest then they would not be affected by crowd

 also, respondent was attracted by crowd but at the same time worried by the long que at
payment counter so even though they are interested they are not willing to stand at the
payment counter

 also, respondents also view that If they have time and the product is of their interest then
they would Definity have a look at it

 also, it was observed that seeing a lot of crowd they would not go there at that point of time
but would definitely check out that item in future
