DEED OF DONATION OF A FIRE TRUCK

 
 
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MANOLITO SAGUN DE LEON of legal age, Municipal Mayor of LGU-

Basista, with postal address at Magsaysay, Poblacion, Basista, Pangasinan
hereinafter referred to as the DONOR, and Regional Director LILIBETH Q.
SIMANGAN - SSUPT BFP, likewise of legal age, representing the Bureau of Fire
with postal address at BFP Patac, Sto. Tomas, La Union hereinafter called the
DONEE,

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR is the Municipal Mayor of Basista representing LGU Basista

with an SB Resolution issued on July 10, 2017 allowing the Municipal Mayor to
execute the Deed of Donation of the Fire Truck, more particularly described as
follows:

(Fire Truck Plate Number SHB 867 with Chassis Number NKR57E -0447859)

That the DONEE is representing the BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION and who
works closely with the DONOR and supervises and oversees the Fire Prevention
and Management for LGU Basista;

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the DONEE'S use for the service
vehicle ( the Fire Truck) of Basista and for the operation of Basista Fire Station
the DONOR, and as an act of support and liberality on the part of the LGU Basista,
the DONOR hereby GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation,
unto the said DONEE, his heirs and assigns, the above described vehicle and the
station, together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances;
 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, both the DONOR & DONEE have hereunder
