Manufacturing Process Flow

1.Know the stitches and patterns to be done for the product’s design.
2.Using the tape measure, know how big or long the product shall be and recod the measurements.
3.Take the wool yarn and knitting needle, start the necessary stitches and patterns.
4.From time to time, check if the knitted part reaches the recorded measurements.
5.Once the parts are done, sew them together.
6.Also, apply the measurements into the fabric, cut it and sew it with the sewn- together knitted parts.

Knitted Products delivery Process Flow

1.Customer orders via online (social media) or via call and text.
2.After the staff has received orders, he will, then, compute the total number of products and then
estimate the amount of the materials to be used.
3.The customer must pay the first half of the price before the processing of their orders to avoid bogus
buyers and joy reservers.
4.After the manufacturing staff is finished with the processing, the delivery staff will then deliver it to
the customers and will settle the complete payment later on.

Distribution. Process and Channel: Since the business is still a startup, the knowledge of the business,’
existence will be spread around the area and the places near it. It will also be promoted online via social
media. The business will be in a commercial space for rent. Louis will introduce the “Louis’ Text,
Landline, Social Media and Delivery Service”.

Justin Louis Caspillan- Being the general manager, he is in charge of the overall management of the
business from marketing, to operations, to human resources, and to finance.

Jamille Bautista- She will manage the stall and the selling of the products to the costumers as well as the
assistant.

Rachelle Santos- She is in charge of booking of the product order via text, landline calls or social media.
Staff 2 will help her in organizing the orders as well as computing the total amount for the payment.

Ezekiel Landingin- He will be in charge of shipping and delivery of the knitted products to the buyers.
Mesiah Aguilar will help him in the process of delivery as well as the collection of the payments.

Manufacturing staff members- They will be in charge of the production of the knitted products.

Manufacturing staff members- K to 12 graduates and should be proficient in knitting and willing to learn.
Should be patient at working and fast knitting

Stall manager- K to 12 graduate and should be customer friendly. knows basic math and must be
trustworthy.

Delivery Assistant- K to 12 graduate and should be skilled in driving (should also have a license, is
hardworking, honest, customer-friendly and careful in the delivery of the products)

Assistant (orders) - K to 12 graduate. Knows basic math. Trustworthy, hardworking, honest and
customer-friendly.

Other staffs for manufacturing the product- K to 12 graduate. Knows how to knit or is ready to learn how
to knit. Patient, hardworking and artistic.
