250 ML EVAPORATED MILK
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP COCO POWDER
40 G SALTED BUTTER/UNSALTED BUTTER
1 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
CAKE FLOUR 1 250g 2 cup all purpose A. Sift then mix 1-6
COCO POWDER 2 50g 1/2 cup cocoa powder B. add 7-11
3 400g 2 cup sugar C. Stir until mixture is combined. (Note: Do not over s

BAKING POWDER 5 7g 1 1/2 tspBAKING POWDER E. add D. to the mixture
BAKING SODA 6 7g 1 1/2 tspBAKING SODA F. Mix until incorporated

BUTTER MILK 8 250 ml 1 cup milk H. Sift the mixture into the pan
9 125 ml 1/2 cup vegetable oil I. Bake @ 180 degrees celcius for 35-40 mins
VANILLA ESSENCE 10 1 TBSP vanila extract J. Remove from oven and let it cool down
11 1 tbsp WHITE VINEGAR
12 1/2 tbsp coffee
HOT WATER 13 250 ml 1 cup hot water
MELTED BUTTER

180 degree35-40 min

1 tbsp Sugar
1 Cup Chocolate
35g Butter
