In this chapter, the coaches should know many methods of recovery and apply to the athlete

so that the recovery process will be short and the athlete can continue to training and perform
well during the next day. During recovery the athlete better do an active rest instead of doing
nothing during the recovery time so that the athlete body will be ready when the athlete
returns the field. Coaches also must keep an eye on the training volume of the training, make
sure the training volume is not high at all day, if the training intensity is high everyday it can
cause injury to the athlete due to the body does not have time to recover properly. Make sure
to do an alternate exercise everyday so that the other muscle part can rest and avoid stress on
one part only that can cause injury later on.
