Sub: - Regarding extension of external alarms for sites.

Vide letter referred above, it is reiterated that the extension of external alarm activity is
being monitored at CNMC portal and BSNL CO, New Delhi is pressing hard for this activity.

Reference is invited to RF outsourcing tender for which the prime scope of work of
outsourced agency/ contractor is to extend the external alarm. It is learnt that out of 33 clusters,
work has been started in 31 clusters, however the progress of the extension of external alarm is
very poor. It is requested to all SSA’s/BA’s to take up the matter with the concerned RF
outsourcing tender agency and the extension of external alarm work may be accorded the top
most priority and may be completed in time bound manner.

Hence it is requested to kindly implement the same in a phased manner and the
compliance may be sent to this office.
