    What’s the problem?


    Rajiv Gandhi Swavlamban Rojgar Yojna has been planned, developed and promoted by the Delhi Khadi & Village Industries Board,
    with the encouragement of Government of NCT of Delhi to generate self employment opportunities for unemployed youth, artisans,
    trained professionals, skilled technocrats and entrepreneurs.

    What do we need the communication to do?


    We need communication to propagate about the schemes and motivate people to avail the benefits

    Consumer Insight: Everybody dreams of better job, better lifestyle but only few mange to fulfil it. Everybody have this hidden
    feeling,” kaash yeh mera sapna sach ho jaye”.

    Who are we targeting?


    We are targeting people who are educated and have calibre to be an entrepreneur but have financial constraint or people who are
    already an entrepreneur but are looking to expand their business

    Requirement
    Print ad: Quarter page

    SMP: Fulfilment of dreams is our vision to make this world a better place

    Reason to believe:
    Eligibility:- 18 to 50 years. Any one of the school / college dropouts, entrepreneurs, trade professionals, artisans , passed out from
    any technical / professional institute , eligible small-scale industrial units.

    Tenure: Up to 5 years in quarterly instalments , with moratorium up to 12 months.

    List of documents required: (1) Electoral Card as Identity proof (2) 2 Passport size attested photographs (3) Education proof (4)
    Work site detail (5) Electricity Bill (residence) (6) (a) For Shop / Business / Professions: Registration certificate from MCD (b)
    Industrial unit in non-conforming area: NOC of HPC & MCL (7) Affidavit in prescribed format , duly attested by the notary public.

    How to Apply : Apply to the DKVI Board on prescribed Loan Application Form. Application can be downloaded from the board
    website & deposited along with essential documents & fees of Rs. 20/- or as cost of loan application.
