DiIRECTIONS : The total Performance of the firm is measured through the Balance Scorecard.Every member of the executive team
must take responsibility for one or two of the performance criteria that make up the total score. This resposibility is usually aligned
with an individual's primary & secondary areas of resposibility, although it does not have to be.

In the table above , team members should check on or two of the performance criteria that they will take ownership of. Part of each
person's evaluation will be determined by how well the firm does in the selected areas of responsibility . Comparisons will be made
between individuals in differnt companies that have assumed similar respnsibility.

Two people can choose to take ownership of the same performance category, but all categories should have at least one person
assigned to it.
