Everything went wrong last night


 Everything: indefinite pronoun words which stand for an
indefinite number or quantity of persons or things, but unlike adjective
pronouns, they are never used as adjectives. Most of them are
compounds of two or more words.
 Went (past simple of “go”): intransitive verb is one which
is complete in itself, or which is completed by other words without
requiring an object.
 Wrong: attributive adjective (opinion) when two or more
adjectives come before a noun, there is usually a fairly fixed order. The
order depends mainly on the meaning.
Descriptive adjectives which describe by expressing
qualities or attributes of a noun.
Last: Descriptive adjectives which describe by expressing
qualities or attributes of a noun.
Adjective modifier: a noun can be modified by an adjective or by
another noun.
 Night: noun a word that names a person, a place, an animal,
an object, an activity or even an idea. Abstract nouns refer to ideas and
qualities: time, result, security.

because stand for an indefinite number or quantity of persons or things. This
word is a compound by “every” and “thing” just like an indefinite pronoun.
