Reflection

In the second month class of the health care informatics seminar, the instructor talks

about social justice and how the University of San Diego encourages students to develop their

skills and how social justice and Community activism part of our program requirement and what

fields of experience options. In the second part of the class was about the e-portfolio shell and

how to market yourself through it and using the Weebly website to build your own page and how

to organize it.

In my opinion, social justice means equality in health care because the health should be a right,

not a privilege to each person, and the governments should provide it to the people. For example,

in my country, the health care system is built to be free and available for all of the people, even

for the visitors who got an emergency case.

On the other hand, social justice in education is an important issue because all of the students

should get education equality.

For the e-portfolio, I think it is a really helpful feature to promote myself and my works. It's

helpful for people and prospective employers to know more about me and what I have achieved.

The seminar course will help me to build my e-portfolio shall and required sections like personal

information, personal statement, program information, plans, and projects.
