comply with regulations and clients requirements we need to have access to all kinds

statistical packages from freeware like R or Python to licensed software like SAS , Stata and

more different examples , that material requires an upfront pay that is the main cost of the

business , in the company at this time we can afford that cost but is time to grow and that is

why we need resources from outsiders .

The company is growing at a rates between 20 and 30 percent per year , and we have enough

size to and experience to participate in biddings to win government contracts that in

Colombia are very lucrative and because our activities a few other companies can compete

with us , that represents a competitive advantage in the market and a fixed source of revenue

for the company and by that we can gain market share.

Our annual sales are the equivalent of 1.5 million dollars ,our main source of income is

giving business analytics solutions to big companies in Colombia from different sector such

as banking, insurance , services , hospitality and other companies , the second source of

income is government contracts that are long term income and gives stability to the g​row of

the company.

At this time the main reason we are looking for an investor is to build a new data center to

storage the information of the new business and current contracts , we already have our own
data center but a new facility is needed to fulfil the business needs , our company has the

personal to take care of the data center that is the most important but we need money to the

infrastructure of the data center that is around a half million dollars .

Our price structure is complex and depends on three factors , one if our company has to

collect the information and store the data , the term of the contract and finally if we need in

situ personnel . The basic fee for data analysis hen a company send information and don't

require to store the data in our data center is 40.000 colombian pesos per hour , if you need

more services such as an in person exposition , documents , a detailed business strategy and

so on , at this moment our most important contract is a 1000 million pesos per year with a

government institution.

We are selling 20 percent of the company for one million dollars our financial statements

backs this price , the colombian data analytics market is in his first stages of development

and the people that can do a good job is scarce and we are the main local company in this

sector with knowledge of the culture and particularities of the Colombian culture such as

government red tape , business culture and manage difficulties to collect and use the data.

If you buy the 20 percent of our company you will participate in a booming business with

various sources of income and with solid foundations and a firm business model that works

and is leading the colombian market

Within the consultancy, the promotion of our services is vital, not only carrying out

promotional activities,Ideally, the client should also disseminate to other “potential clients”

the benefits acquired through the provision of consulting services.

location of the consultancy has to be the location that clients have to distinguish from others.

Therefore, strategic locations close to business people were required. So, for example, from
the urban point of view the location is in international centers of the main cities of the

country and we plan to expand to rural sites starting next year.
