Soak rice 10-15 minutes for extra grain lenth (op onal).

For enhanced taste add 2 teaspoons of oil or
1 tablespoon of bu er and a pinch of salt for each dry
cup of rice prepared. To remove excess starch from rice.
rinse rice 1-2 mes then drain. For FIRMER RICE, use less
water and reduce cooking me. For SOFTER RICE, use
more water and increase cooking me.
STOVE TOP METHOD:
Bring 2 Cups of water to a boil in a sauce pan with a ght
fi ng lid. Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of rice,
cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook the rice for 20
minutes or un l water is absorbed. One cooked, fluff the
rice with a fork and serve while s ll hot.
RICE COOKER METHOD:
Use ra o 1 cup of rice to 2 cups water. See rice cooker
