1 tablespoon of bu er and a pinch of salt for each dry
cup of rice prepared. To remove excess starch from rice.

more water and increase cooking me.
STOVE TOP METHOD:
Bring 2 Cups of water to a boil in a sauce pan with a ght
fi ng lid. Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of rice,
cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook the rice for 20
minutes or un l water is absorbed. One cooked, fluff the
rice with a fork and serve while s ll hot.
RICE COOKER METHOD:
Use ra o 1 cup of rice to 2 cups water. See rice cooker

MICROWAVE METHOD (1200 Wa ra ng):

Combine 1-cup rice and 2-1/2 cups water in a microwave-
safe container (2qts minimum capacity). Cover ghtly with
microwave-safe lid and cook on HIGH power se ng for
15 minutes. Remove from microwave. Once cooked, fluff
the rice with a fork and serve while s ll hot.
CAUTION CONTAINER WILL BE HOT : Microwave ovens vary.
