Engineering Departments and Corporations in State to be deposited
periodically with National Academy of Construction-Orders-issued.

Read the following:-
1. Minutes of the Meeting of the Group of Ministers held in the
Chambers of the Hon’ble Minister for Irrigation, Marketing,
Mines and Geology and Legislative affairs on 17.01.2015 at
11.00 A.M.

ORDER:
Government have constituted a group of Ministers to discuss and
review the issues relating to Tender reforms and Commissionerate of
Tenders.

2. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Group of Ministers, in the

reference 1st read above, Government after careful examination of the
matter, hereby order that, all the Engineering Departments/Corporations in
the state dealing with work projects shall add 0.1% of the estimate value
towards Corpus Fund to National Academy of Construction in all sanctioned
works, duly following the Guidelines:

I. To include provision of 0.1% in Part “B” of estimates and

Part “B” of Agreements.

II. The recovery of 0.1% of the estimate value is only for the
prospective new sanctioned works.

III. All the Engineering Departments/Corporations in the

state dealing with work projects shall incorporate the
following conditions in Standard Bid
Documents/agreements:

“The contribution to the Corpus fund of National Academy

of Construction, Hyderabad component loaded in Part
“B” of the estimate shall be added in each bill of the
contractors and will be recovered from the Contractor’s
bills.”

IV. Such, recovered amount shall be deposited by the

Executive Engineer’s in the shape of D.D in favour of
Director General, N.A.C,Hyderabad, Telangana State,
payable at Hyderabad and in Case of remittance by the
Pay & Accounts officers same shall be made through e-
Payment to the bank Account No. of N.A.C i.e State Bank
of Hyderabad, Madhapur Branch, A/C.No.62354682987,
IFSC Code:SBHY0021162, Branch Code:21162.

3. These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.

4. The Principal Secretaries/Secretaries/Engineer-in-Chief’s/Chief

Engineer’s/M.D’s shall take further necessary action accordingly.

5. This orders issue with the concurrence of the Finance (EBS.X)

Department vide their U.O.No.5184/131/A1/EBS.X/2015, Dt.21/04/2015.
