Mission Statement:
Every company, regardless of its size and complexity usually have a mission statement. It is usually one
paragraph. Be little fancy and creative here. Use nice language. Don’t emphasize too much about name of
your company or goods/ services that you offer, rather emphasize on how the company relates to greater
good with the company as a whole.
Executive Summary:
This is about one page, you can talk about the company history, profile, financial success etc, adding whatever
you can summarize from this report. a good source to find info here is to start with annual report/ company
brochures. Most companies have annual reports which are also available online. So when you visit the
company, ask for a copy.
Organogram:
Make a structure of the organization from relevant information you receive from interviewing employees or
the annual report. Make a chart of five or six key executives and write their names, titles and annual salary. If
you can’t find salary assume a feasible salary. (In case the salary amount is a guess by your team, write that
down in report)
Situation Analysis:
Here you will discuss the internal and external factors of a company.
SWOT Analysis:
Here list down the variables that are strength, weakness, threat and opportunity of a company. Be brief, but
precise. Other tools may be used as well.
Objectives:
Here you will list few objectives of the company. You can make up imaginary numbers here. For every
objective there must be a strategy. Make sure you differentiate between the objective and the strategy.
Management issues:
Here you will talk about management issues of your company. Try to find some good things such as
achievements and some bad things in this portion. Explain them in your language, point by point, to show your
own understanding of it.
Conclusion:
Here you will close your case.

Note: There is no single right way to write a term paper or a project paper. These items only give you an idea
of what need to be covered. Also please keep in mind that the term paper grades are non-negotiable. Please
be creative. Share your own understanding, share ideas among your group, give best effort. Go above and
beyond. I expect my students will not resort to plagiarism. Good Luck. Mention contribution of each person.

Format: Times New Roman, 12 size, 1.5 spacing, Left justified, submitted in spiral binding along with softcopy!
Sources of information: Interview, websites, newspaper, journals, annual report, brochures, etc.

NB: Your paper will be rejected in the following circumstances:

1. Failure to provide citation
2. Failure to provide bibliography
3. Less than seven sources of information and properly done citation.
4. Less than 25 pages.
5. A missing cover page
6. PLAGIARISM

You will also submit a letter directly to me in format, evaluating your team members, their efforts, roles in
completing this term paper.
