Poster participant Policy :

for The first is Each universities or institution can send

more than 1 delegates for each category.
Second , Participants are active undergraduate
students from various universities or
institution in Sumatera region as evidenced
by photos / scanned student identification
cards (KTM).

Third , A team consisting of 2 people from the

same university and may be from different
year.

Forth, Participants are willing to comply with

the rules that have been set during the
competition.

After That , Our Poster Provisions Policy

For the first is The poster that is contested is a public
poster.

Second, Posters are original works in any media

and have never been included in similar
competitions and do not use elements that
violate copyright.

Third ,The poster is created according to the

chosen one of the four sub-themes below:
a. Applicative ways to stay hygiene as
a busy college student.
b. Mantaining productivity in COVID-19
era.
c. Breaking the chain of infectious
disease (COVID-19).
d. Effectiveness in online studies.

Forth, The committee has the right to publish

posters while still including the participant's
identity.
Fifth and for The poster design is
-Digital format with .jpg format
A4 size (210 x 297 mm - vertical
position)
-RGB color mode
-Resolution of 300 (3 hundred ) pixels / inch
-Using general applications (Corel
Draw, Adobe Photoshop, or other
design applications)

Sixth, Posters are made with a free number of

colors.

Seventh, No paper patches or the like are allowed

on the poster.

Eight, Posters are made in accordance with

grammar and do not contain racial and
pornographic elements.

Ninth ,The poster contains the title, author's

name, and the participant's institution.

Tenth and for the last is Includes the FK USU Logo, PEMA FK
USU
Logo, DEPT. MI Logo, PESCO 2020 Logo on
the top right.

Then , Poster Submission

The First is Participants have to fill out the

registration form through
bit.ly/RegistrationFormPESCO2020
no later than November 30th, 2020.

Second, Posters are sent via email to

pemaenglishcompetition@gmail.com with
the subject:
“Poster_Name of Team Leader_Name of
Institution"

Third, Posters are sent as a zip file, consisting

of:

Forth, If you have sent the poster, immediately

confirm by including a screenshot proof of
sending email to Contact Person with
format:
“Poster_Name of Team Leader_Name of
Institution”

fifth, Confirmation is made no later than 24
hours after sumbission.
Sixth, Submitting poster before November
30th, 2020 at 10 p.m.
Seventh, The committee will not accept posters
sent past the specified date set.

Then, The Competition Process

The First is All poster results will go through an early
stage judging process to determine the
best posters (finalists) to be announced on
Instagram @pescofkusu2020

Second, Posters that have passed the semi final

will be announced on December 4th, 2020
via Instagram @pescofkusu2020 and Those
who qualify are expected to contact the
Contact Person.

Third, Posters that have passed the semi final

and entered the final round will be
displayed and presented online through
Zoom Meeting on December 6th, 2020
starting at 9 a.m.

Forth, Finalists are in a enclosed room and

make presentations without help from
others.

fifth, The maximum duration for poster

presentation in the final round is 7 minutes.

Sixth, During the presentation, participants are

prohibited offending physical, racial and
religious issues, provocative, harsh words,
insulting certain parties, promoting certain
products.

Seventh, Participants who commit fraud will be

immediately disqualified and canceled the
award.

Eight, The Judges's Decision is Absolute and

Inviolable.

Ninth, The favorite winner will be taken from

the highest number of likes on the uploade
post on Instagram @pescofkusu2020 and if
the favorite winner is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd
winner it will be transferred to the second
most likes.

1.Originality (30) (thirthy point)

2.Development of theme (40) (forthy point)
3.Creativity design (20) (twenty point)
4.Neatness (10) ( ten point)

Total Point is 100 (one hundred)
