reports that it finds the
allegations—

a) unsubstantiated, no
further proceedings
shall be taken; or
b) substantiated, the
House shall—

Committee, together
with any other
evidence adduced and
such notes or papers
presented to the
committee at least
three days before the
day scheduled for his
or her appearance
before the House;
ii) afford the Speaker or
Deputy Speaker an
opportunity to be
heard;
iii) consider the Report of
the select committee;
and
iv) vote whether to
approve the resolution
requiring the removal
from office of the
Speaker or Deputy
Speaker.
