Part 2
What I have learned as business communication student in this case study
What I have learned from this case I would like to address that most of the catch
phrase are used in the aforementioned case study which really uncourageous a
reader to accept the writer’s opinion the logic and points he mentioned is amazing
which really motivates an individual to see and visit the places buy the outfits
he/she points out to. Secondly, whenever you want someone to visit great places
and buy something very unique you are supposed to provide the logical facts and
reasons in order to convince the reader to accept your ideas these are the rules of
business.

Part 1 actual problem in this case study

The main problem in this case study was the lack of spirit of team work due to the
differences of company policies .As a matter of fact when two companies join together ,
the differences do arises due to the differences in its values , mission , vision and
objectives. Every company has its own management mind set which totally differs from
another that may be in marketing, HRM and Even Finance Practices. All the issues
mentioned above must be resolved wisely in order to make the company a market leader.

Part 2 how I would solve the problem if I faced with this kind of situation

Whenever I faced with such kind of situation I would always try to make a very friendly
work environment. Promoting a collaborative atmosphere help to accomplish the goal, as
well as ensuring that everyone understands where the company is going and that
managers aren't creating hidden agendas. If you have done the job completely, you will
create a place where employees happy and enjoy going to work, but also feel continually
challenged to achieve excellence.
