TO: All Department Heads at Major Art Museum

SUBJECT: Information Update

Due to extensive customer feedback, and the financial results of our current state museum condition, I
wanted to announce that there would be some modification made to our museum basic rules.

Here is a review of some major changes:

Old New

Hours of Operations Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday: 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
Monday-Saturday (in July and Friday-Saturday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
August): 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Entrance Fees Adults: $12.00 Adults: $15.00


Senior citizens: $5.00 Senior citizens: $7.00
Children (under 12): $3.00 Children (under 12): $5.00

Our museum is going to have some added features as following:


 Paintings by Thora Horne, local artist;
 Sculpture from West Indies would be in display area all summer;
 Guided tours would be available for six or more;
 Lounge areas will offer patrons sandwiches and soft drinks during May, June, July, and August.
