Question # 1 :

When you write a technical report or any other type of report you always have to keep in
mind about some aspect according to the psychology of the reader. Because the main aim for
a report is that it should pursue the understanding level of the reader, like if we a write a
report that isn’t as per the understanding and psychology of the reader than that report can
make the reader happy. A reader should understand every bit of the report while reading.
Report should cover all the corners and of the topic it is written on. So that when reader try to
read it, he can’t have issues to understand it. Report should use standard vocabulary, neither
too difficult for reader nor too easy that it lacks the professionalism standard. Which means
that the report should elaborate the topic so clearly that there shouldn’t be any misconception
between reader and the writer and report can be able to convey the full message that writer
wants to pass on towards its readers. That’s how we can keep the psychological needs of
reader while writing a report

Example:

I. If a student of 4th semester is making a project on SQL Server, he should write a

technical report which can pursue student of 1st,2nd and 3rd semester student as well.
Which means that report should convey a technical message for those people as well
who aren’t familiar with the SQL Server. It should have technical explanation that can
be east for experts as well as beginners to understand.

 II. For example employees of software are thinking to develop the mobile app on flutter
but they first have to pursue their Head staff that how essential flutter can be for
further developing in future in so they have to write a proper report to the Head Staff
where they can explain the pros and cons of Flutter, so that it can be easier for Head
Staff to understand the need of the Flutter and he can decide quite easily that weather
to use this technology or not. 2.1

Report (1):

I. Report 1 is not following the criteria of a formal report thus its Informal report.
II. It’s a memo which is elaborating the qualities of a modern electric guitar.
III. It is not following any format specification and written as a passage.
IV. It has leniency of language.
V. It I written in a very descriptive form. Describing the modern electrical guitar so well.

Report (2):

I. Report 2 is written in a proper pattern which means its Formal Report.

II. it is an acknowledgement letter which is reply of an order given by the head of
company to visit a branch.
III. It is written on a perfect format of a letter obeying all the rules of formal letter.
IV. It is written with proper formal language and no leniency can be seen.
V. It is written with a proper formal approach avoiding any description and keeping the
report to the point

Purpose:

Fad Illustrator is a software for making our own designs and templates. A user can draw their
own illustrations and vector art by using a Fad Illustrator it is like a canvas and it have wide
range of tools for the convenience if the user and it have a very understandable GUI as well.

Fad Photoshop is a picture editing software it gives you a wide range of tools with many
effects which can make it easy for user to understand the working mechanism of the software.
Its is pixelate software which can work on editing so well.

Fad Premiere Pro is a video editing software a user can make a video a video of compiling all
the picture or either edit a video itself by cutting and rendering the unwanted part of that
video. It also gives you the opportunity to edit sound and music in the video as well. This
software is quite professional and user obviously have to learn it before using it to make it
less complex.

Fad After Effect is a very attractive kinds software. it adds few more details to a video so it
looks more appealing. It has several effects like glitch effect lo-fi effect and flash effect
which are white famous these days.it can make your video extra interactive.

Fad Animation is very special kind software it takes the illustration from the adobe illustrator
and add quite simple animation to it later you can add sound and effects in it so by this you
can make small and interactive animations without much professional skills.

 Statement of Problems:

These type of software are in trend right now and if we delay their deployment we ca face
severe problems like the issue in software development area, our software idea can get stolen
and data can leaked and stolen which can be harmful for us instead of benefit.

Question # 4:

Impersonal tone refers to a writing which isn’t personal. it means a writing that is without any
reference to any person without any connection. We can do impersonal writing by neglecting
some kind of languages like expressive attitude and behavior. It refers to what job is done not
who did it. Impersonal tone actually refers weather and how job is done. And that is why it
don’t have words like “I, me, you, we etc. So, if we don’t use the pronounce or noun then the
writing can easily become impersonal

Sentence like “Police have arrested the murderer last night” we can write “The criminal was
arrested last night”.

Question # 5 :

Numerous specialists have indicated that chocolate improves language learning since it
contains sugar and active cerebrum serotonin levels. Which is making it joyful for the people
who loves to learn new languages and things. Like Leche and Melk (2001) evaluate. 300
students and found that the individuals who become familiar with a language frequently
expected to raise their sugar levels. Most of students in their examination (80 percent)
proposed that when they considered chocolate was the reason that their sugar level in their
body. They consumed more dark chocolate than milk chocolate. every student required 50 g
of chocolate for every 30 minutes of study time overall Since dark chocolate contain more
significant levels of serotonin. understudies who devoured dark chocolate while learning
may have been more joyful and more motivated. So, it might be finished up from the entirety
of this investigation that moderate sum of dark chocolate might be gainful to investigate, but
