Role: PM - BoP, Prototype & Cranes (Techno-commercial Manager).

Description:

➢ PM for overall BOP activities with technical deliberation with Vendors and Client.
➢ Coordination of Design activities for Electrical lines, Roads and Drainage networks.
➢ Coordinating and guiding for Foundation Concreting and reinforcement placement.

➢ Executing 31.5MW in Zaheerabad, (TS) Suzlon Hybrid Tower (120 Mtrs., 15WTGs of 2.1MW each)

➢ Executed successfully with commissioning of 100MW in Badnawar, Dhar (MP) in F.Y. 2015-16. A complete
SELF DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
➢ Weekly & monthly Project Progress preparation & highlighting same to Top level Management. Preparing
Projecting Progress Impact Analysis on daily basis; therby, ensuring timely completion of projects & sub-projects.
➢ Successful Charging of 220KV DC Zebra EHV Line, 100 x 3 MVA Transformer & 33KV D/c & S/c OH Line along-
with Commissioning of 32MW Projects at South-Budh.
➢ Always actively participate towards tracking WTGs Foundation Casting as per IS Codes & Standards and Quality
WTGs Installation, Commissioning & Timely completion of Internal-External Electrical Lines, USS, PSS & EHV

Role: Project lead, Site Incharge, State Head, Super-user for the SAP PS, Trainer from Project, Supporting sales,
purchase, finance, Quality, MAS for SAP PS integration with all modules.

Description:

➢ Vital role in minimizing installation time for achieving high productivity with optimum utilization of machines;
efficiently managing manpower, material & cranes as per situation demands while achieving maximum cost
savings without hampering the production process. Responsible for Commissioning of 240MW (i.e. 300 WTGs
each of capacity having 800 KW) in 2011-12 at Gujarat.
➢ Worked as TEAM LEADER at Jaisalmer Site; SITE INCHARGE at Bhatia, Dwarka Site & STATE HEAD for
Gujarat Project (Lalpur, Dwarka, Samana & Kutch) towards development of WIND FARM, serving precious
customer like TATA, AES, GREEN INFRA, CLP, IL&FS & many more Retail Customers.
➢ As active member in Process to implement SAP PS & Mobile Integration Module for Wind Farm Project Planning,

Role: Visiting customer place and taking trials of grinding wheel and metal working fluid. Noting down all the current
customer place information, making report on trial improving productivity, quality either by providing feedback on
customer existing system or improving our own product by making more competitive in market.

➢ Responsible for Implementation of Vitrified Wheels, Cleaners-340, MWF MF620 in automobile industries like
Fasteners Division at Sunderam Fasteners, Chennai; pink aloxite vitrified wheels in Valve manufacturing division
at Shri Ram Piston Rings, Ghaziabad; Rane TRW, Trichy; Sunderam Clayton; TI Cycle; SKF; Wipro
Infrastructure; NRB Bearing.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
