she has many qualities and values;

like to obtain the confidence quality
because I don’t have it. I would like to
have the full energy that she had.
Moreover, I want to have the same
passion of hers. I am a good

a good listener who can listen to you
carefully, similar to Mother Teresa is a

world. One of the most quality that I
liked about her is selflessness which
shows her kindness to needy people,
as I am a person who would give the
care and help to anyone asking for it.
 Why I admire
Mother Teresa
Mother Teresa is an inspiration to me,
and I admire her because she was a
great woman of faith. She started
serving the poor of Calcutta and
people who need help. In addition,
she helped mothers who are not able
to take care of their babies by
offering to adopt them. Mother
Teresa helped many people to have a
better life, and she did so many good
works with homeless people
(INSPIRATIONAL VALUES, 2016).

Definition
Leadership is a method in which a
person impact other to achieve a target
and coherently guide the organization.
The process leadership is when leaders
are applying their knowledge and skills
in their leadership (Kumar & Jain, 2013).
Leadership is a complex moral
relationship between people; however, it
is based on trust, commitment, emotion,
and a shared vision of the good. In
addition, we can define leadership is the
ability to translate vision into reality.

Each leader has values, qualities,
attitudes and skills, and I believe that
Mother Teresa has strong qualities and
values. Here are some of her qualities:  
Competence: She has the
knowledge, and many people saw
her good works. In 1979, She was
awarded the Noble Peace Prize.  Flexibility: I am a flexible
Confidence: She lived with a passion
and full energy, she never felt fear,
and she achieved the impossible.
Communication: Mother Teresa has
a strong personality; she could speak
to anyone from politician, dignitaries
and world leaders.
Selflessness: She was a selfless
woman; she devoted her life to
serving the poor and needy people.
She was taking care of many people,
further many can spend money, and
very few can share the love
(Mummareddy, 2015).

I do have some qualities that
introduce my personality as a
leader. Here are some of my
qualities: 
Communication: I have good
communication with people,
and I can listen to their
problem carefully.

Punctuality: I always on time. I
am a punctual person,
especially to my appointment.
