Profile Summary
 Experienced in managing wells and subsurface applications portfolio, including gathering users’ requirements and
understanding them from the business perspective, proposing IT solutions, handling users and vendor communication,
managing queue of users’ requests, troubleshooting issues, managing application licenses, handling coordination between

 Competent and experienced in production operations data management workflow implementation for the upstream oil and
gas industry, from data collection from the field (automatic data acquisition from data historian or manually input data by
operators), data quality checking, data processing, data access and security, data reporting and visualization, and linking to
petroleum engineering applications, where the goal is to reduce time spent in data collection and consolidation, allowing
petroleum engineers to put more focus and spend more time on production analysis. This also includes implementing and
executing back allocation workflow, and production loss management.

Sr. Systems Engineer (Subsurface & Production)
 Interacted with user communities in the field operations and reservoir domains to gathered user requirements, identified the
gap, and proposed solutions. Managed enhancement requests and projects, supervised and provided technical guidance
on the implementation.
 Coordinated with the embedded support and communicated with vendors to ensure applications availability and functionality
for the users. It is achieved by ensuring databases, servers, interfaces, client installation and setup, license, and all required
software components are working properly to be used by the applications.
 Performed queue management for tickets in the AssytWeb-IT and organized task using MS planner.
 Provided advice to the business focal point, users, and within team regarding subsurface and wells applications, both for
technical (architecture, configuration, processes, application usage, errors, etc.) and non-technical (such as cost scheme,
escalation channels, service agreement, etc.) aspects, as well as for areas of improvement.
 Worked on systems vulnerabilities using Qualys and address those per security teams’ guidelines. Worked with auditors to
mitigate the audit findings per company policies.

Projects:
Oxy to QP Transition & others
 Received historic data from Oxy, built loaders for real-time hi-frequency (identified UOMs), OpenWells jobs, daily/monthly
volumes, PTA survey and welltest data to load it into Avocet. Supervised the customization and implementation of welltest
workflow in Avocet with Schlumberger and obtained business sign-off. Identified the performance issues in welltest workflow
and provided resolution steps for Schlumberger development team to implement.
 Lead database administration handover project to DBAs by first addressing the audit findings, security teams concern and
complying with the DBAs standards.
 Coordinated the upgrade of AWM & DecisionPoint to Avocet 2017 for 3 QP fields with 400+ wells.
 Participated in QP Intelligent Oil Field project. Proposed and coordinated the Avocet 2017 & OFM 2016 Citrix implementation
in QP environment. Developed business case for PDMS standardization project.

a. CSMS helps administration to create yearly class schedules for different classes within a school without putting extra burden
on teachers. Once a schedule is finalized, reports are generated and circulated and classes are conducted accordingly.
b. ETracking is a comprehensive web based tracking system designed to empower the management to use it up to their
requirements which include employee’s daily attendance, leave, activities, and performance appraisals etc. It is designed to
provide management with a bird’s eye view of the employees’ performance in all respects throughout the financial year.

 Trained in the basic concepts of GPS and related hardware gaining hands-on experience of Falcom STEPP and its practical
use in Fleet Management.
 Developed and documented reusable components for developers to communicate with Falcom STEPP and also created visual
interface to configure Falcom STEPP by setting different parameters.

b. Scribo sets a new standard in performance and reliability for sending SMS text messages from your mobile handset to other
mobiles outside the UK. You simply type in your destination number, leave a space and then enter your message. Upon
completion you send the message to our hub for delivery. Simple as that. The recipient will receive the message instantly and
would not know that the message came through Scribo and would be able to reply.
