assisted library users through the Ask a Librarian service via chat and email

● Created research and instruction tools and writes blog posts
● Worked with librarians to create targeted orientations, outreach events, and training
opportunities for first generation (1G) students, international students, and other student
groups from diverse backgrounds

related departments and campus offices
● Assisted with focus groups and facilitate conversations with groups of students from
underrepresented communities to learn more about their needs in order to make library
services more accessible and user-friendly
