TIP #1
STEPS
1. Create a New Player. (NOTE: You can't do this on a current save. You have to
make a new one.)
2. Don't put on any accessories. (Ex. Arm Sleeves, Ballers, Knee Pads/Sleeves,
Ankle Brace/Wrap etc. Just socks)
3. Click 'Enter' and once the prompt to save the file appears, DON'T SAVE IT. JUST
SKIP IT. Press "1'" on your keyboard to skip the save prompt.
4. Once on the Rookie Showcase you can either play your hardest or just force
yourself to foul out. Fouling out is the fastest way to simulate all of this until
you can get to your 6th game, so it's your choice.
5. Once you get drafted to a team, AGAIN, DON'T SAVE THE FILE YET. JUST PLAY AND
DON'T SIMULATE OR SKIP A GAME UNTIL YOU FINISH YOUR 6TH GAME. Just play every game.
6. Don't put on any accessories until you finish your 6th Game.
7. Once you get the prompt to choose what shoe endorser you want, it's better to
not choose Nike yet. Even after you choose your shoe endorser, don't put any shoes
from that brand yet. Just stick to the default shoes. You can change shoes after
your 10th game.
8. If you get past your 6th game and it did not crash, you can finally save your
game.

Message to MyCareer Users:

As I have been repeatedly saying in my posts, comments & messages and why I don't
recommend MyCareer is that MC is full of bugs with or without mods. It's something
2KSports failed to fix & it's unfixable. So expect that game mode to crash even if
there's nothing wrong with your game files. You can try following the MyCareer Tips
textfile included in the roster pack but that doesn't ensure that it will bypass
all the bugs & crashes in that game mode. If you still want to play MyCareer try
asking other users who got past many seasons using the Mackubex roster and ask how
they did it. Stop asking me how to fix MyCareer issues since I've given up on MC
long ago since it's a boring & flawed game mode compared to Association Mode which
always have been exciting and has more depth to it. Thanks! - Mackubex
