    What motivates you to stay on a task and be a hard-working student? Think


    about what you want to do well in school. Complete the sentence below:

    I like it when;

    1. I feel safe in the school and that even though I am not around with my friends, I
    knew there’s no harm because students of NDMU are approachable and friendly.
    Wherever I go and whatever I do, teachers will guide and help you.

    2. It motivates me to do well in school if I feel that I am not alone and that I belong
    to the group, they welcomed me happily and nicely. I feel no pressure at all.

    3. I have made my own Self-Actualization which gives me the feeling of fulfillment


    about how am I doing with my works, Tasks, and studies. It made me realized
    that I worked hard for any tasks that I do.

    As what I have observed, Those three are related to Maslow's Hierarchy of


    Needs and that I reach the SELF-FULFILLMENT.
